Our cancellation policies are very convenient, because we make the total refund of the money 100%, with a time of 24 working hours to the activity.
All activities are carried out without any problem, even if it rains because we are in the cloud forest and it is very common to have rain, the only case that an activity does not take place is because of a thunderstorm (being so we will also refund the money).
All the companies work with reservations since they have a maximum capacity of visitors so if you arrive directly to the company it is very likely that you will not be able to do the activity.

The transportation service is provided with a surcharge to the amount of the activity, the price usually varies depending on where the pick up is located.
Many of the adventure parks have lockers where you can leave your belongings as a safety measure to ensure that you do not lose your personal belongings, bags, lunch boxes, wallet, cell phone, etc.
Of course we could modify the reservation, as long as the company has the availability to make the change, we are always very eager to help you in any way we can.
Our Zipline Tours and Horseback Riding Tours have weight and height restrictions as follows:
Zipline Tours: The weight restriction is 100 kilograms (220 pounds). You also must have a maximum waist of 122 centimeters (48 inches), a maximum height of 102 centimeters (40 inches), and a minimum height of 122 centimeters (4 feet). These restrictions ensure the harness will adequately fit your body, which is critical for safety reasons.
In order to check in for the different activities, it is best to be there 15 to 10 minutes before the tour begins.
Free parking is available at all parks.
