100 Aventura is one of the most popular adventure parks in Monteverde Costa Rica. Located in a reforested area, 100 Aventura has been offering adventure tours for over 10 years. The views are nice but the forest is secondary, so the scenery is a bit rustic. But the zip line course (or “the Canopy” as it is known in Costa Rica) itself is a lot of fun.
100 Aventura offers 2 adventures:

– Hanging Bridges
The Tirolesas tour includes 10 zip lines, with the longest zip line in all of Latin America (a 1,500 meter cable that you can do superman style), a walk on a hammock bridge, a Tarzan swing and a walk before the final zip line.
And the Hanging Bridges tour includes a tour guide and, since the forest is not dense, there are generally more opportunities to spot animals here than at other adventure parks.
100 Aventura also offers restaurant service, as well as the option to purchase photos of your adventure (you can’t use your own GoPro). Insurance is also included in the tours, as well as adequate safety measures to ensure that things go smoothly.
