Monteverde Extremo is an extreme adventure park that offers the 3 most extreme activities in all of Costa Rica:

– Extreme Zip Line Tour (Canopy)
– Extreme Bungee Jumping
– Mega Tarzan (Extreme Swing)

The Extreme zip line (canopy) tour features 13 zip lines (cables), including a crazy 1 km long superman zip line, as well as a subway zip line (under a mountain), a Tarzan swing and a rappel descent.
The Extreme Bungee Jump features the most extreme jump in Costa Rica, leaping from an aerial platform 500 feet (152 meters) above the ground.
And the Extreme Mega Swing features the most extreme “Tarzan” swing in Costa Rica, which is 295 feet long (89.9 meters) and 470 feet (143 meters) high.
These 3 adventures distinguish Monteverde Extremo from all other adventure parks in the country that offer similar experiences at a more moderate level. And for this reason, this park is not recommended for small children, nor for travelers with back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
Monteverde Extremo also offers an on-site restaurant, as well as the option to purchase footage of your adventure (you cannot use your own GoPro). Insurance is also included in the tours, as well as adequate safety measures to ensure things go smoothly.
